WHAT YOU’LL DO:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist and Support: Assist with customer inquiries and issues.
- Email Management: Respond to customer emails quickly and appropriately.
- Handle Returns and Repairs: Manage warranties, returns, and repairs.
- Work with teams: Coordinate repairs and returns with our warehouse and production teams.
- Learn about us: Get to know our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
- Represent us: Uphold the Brunton brand with honesty and integrity
